Our Active Ingredients
Feverfew is a flower originating from the mountains of the Balkan peninsular, acknowledged for its ancestral properties. Also known as Tanacetum parthenium, Feverfew has been integrated into RoC®’s research which has drawn on the best properties of this plant.
Indeed, under the effect of external aggressions such as the cold or sun, the skin can strongly react. To defend itself, some cells release components which can lead to skin reactions like redness or irritation.
The patented Feverfew technology helps to soothe and reduce sensations of discomfort, whilst contributing to the reinforcement and stimulation of the skin’s natural defences.
Feverfew helps to soothe, reduce sensations of irritation and improve the appearance of skin prone to redness. It also helps protect the skin from external aggressions, especially damages caused by UV rays.
- Feverfew inhibits the synthesis of components responsible for redness or sensations of heat, and reduces the production of molecules which provoke irritation.
It is also a powerful anti-oxidant, with an anti-radicular action, in other words it helps the body fight against free radicals, molecules which attack the DNA of cells, especially the skin cells.
