Mesotherapy is aimed at people who would like to regain radiant skin, rehydrate their skin and improve the appearance of wrinkles.
Mesolift, the name given to the mesotherapy technique which takes care of these needs, is particularly recommended for skins which are:
- delicate and dry
- asphyxiated (that of smokers, for example)
- marked by the signs of skin ageing, especially wrinkles
If several sessions of mesolift are recommended, the results are often visible from the first session. In the short term, the skin is more hydrated and more toned. In the long term, the complexion becomes more even and the skin is re-tightened.
Contra-indications are exceptionally rare. In general, mesolift is inadvisable for people on anti-coagulants because there can be risk of bleeding during the injections.
Otherwise, the skin must be free from infections and the person wishing to resort to a mesolift must be aware of the risks of being allergic to the products.
As a precaution, pregnant women should wait until the end of their pregnancy to have mesolift sessions.
Your dermatologist or aesthetic doctor will be the best guide when choosing a method that is tailored to your requirements.
