In the morning

  1. Every morning, remember washing your face and to tone it with a proper toner.
  2. In the evening

  • Protect yourself and take action against sun

    Sun exposure is an acknowledged cause of premature skin ageing.

    To combat photo-ageing, avoid over-exposing yourself to the sun and protect your face all year round with an appropriate sun protection factor, not only during summertime but also on sunny days in autumn and winter, and as from spring with a sun protection factor of at least 30 and of 50 in summer!

    Choose RoC® Soleil-Protect Quenching Nourishing Cream SPF 50+, a cream formulated with vitamin E that will not only protect the youthful appearance of your skin but also actively hydrate it. This sun care is ideal to use in complement of your daily PRO-PRESERVE skincare products.

  • Hydrate Yourself

    Drink a lot of water, at least 1.5l per day!

    This supply in water promotes the sound functioning of the skin cells’ processes and helps the skin to remain supple and elastic.

    Consider fruits and vegetables, foods which are the richest in water. Some of them have an outstanding water content! That’s the case of cucumber (97% water), lettuce (95%), tomatoes and zucchinis (94%). As for fruits, watermelon and melon (92%) come first, closely followed by strawberries (90%), then by citrus fruits (85%).

    Also think about drinking green tea, which is an anti-oxidant as well as being hydrating, or about drinking herbal teas and even soups.

  • Get enough vitamin C

    This vitamin has got all the qualities. This anti-oxidant plays a key role in the synthesis of collagen, reduces skin’s hypersensitivity and dryness, and improves dark circles.

    It is mainly found in raw, brightly coloured fruit and vegetables: fresh blackcurrants, fresh parsley, red and green peppers, broccoli, black radish, kiwi, orange, lemon, cauliflower, mango, clementine, gooseberries, raspberries…Let’s go and get smoothies and salads!
