Our rituals

Oh wrinkles… They start to appear discreetly and we don’t pay much attention to them. We may even think they are due because we smile a lot… Then, little by little, they tend to become more visible: fine lines end up by becoming deep wrinkles. Before giving in to panic, take action to save your skin!

What the expert says

“The appearance of wrinkles is mainly explained by the diminution in the production and the quality of collagen and elastin, which supports the firmness and the elasticity of the skin.  This ageing process is irreversible, but varies from person to person: it is indeed your genetic inheritance which determines the time and the intensity of the appearance of wrinkles. However, rest assured - there is nothing inevitable here: research has proven that the impact of behaviour and lifestyle habits is as important as hereditary when it comes to the signs of ageing. Not to forget that, thanks to progress in cosmetological research, today it is still possible, even once deep wrinkles have set in, to visibly reduce their appearance.”

All our beauty tips to correct your wrinkles, even deep

Our skin care solution

In the morning

  1. Every morning, gently wake up your skin with a deep cleansing. Then invigorate it with a toner, patting your face with a cotton wool pad.
  2. Hydrate your face for the day by applying the Anti-Ageing Unifying Fluid RoC® PRO-RENOVE. Powered by Hexinol™, a patented technology resulting from 7 years of research, it smoothes wrinkles, acting not only on the signs of skin ageing but also on its root causes, directly at the heart of the cells to fight skin ageing at its source*. Very practical, its light and fluid texture makes it a good base for make-up.

In the evening

  1. Before going to bed, take good care of thoroughly washing your face to remove all your make-up and impurities that block the pores and stop your skin from breathing.
  2. Prepare your skin for a restorative night with RoC® PRO-CORRECT Anti-Wrinkle Rejuvenating Concentrate. Its formula contains our strongest concentration of retinol and hyaluronic acid and acts to visibly reduce deep wrinkles and promote cell renewal - enough to boost the skin regeneration, which mainly occurs during the night!
Our lifestyle tips

styles de vie

  • Protect yourself and take action against sun

Sun exposure leads to the production of free radicals and causes cell damage, two phenomena responsible for the appearance of wrinkles.

If your skin is well protected all year round, the cell structure will change less rapidly and your skin will remain smooth and supple for longer.

So, combat photo-ageing by protecting your face all year round with an appropriate sun protection factor, not only during summertime but also on sunny days in autumn and winter, and as from spring with a sun protection factor of at least 30 and of 50 in summer!

Combine very high protection and anti-wrinkle action by choosing RoC® Soleil-Protect Anti-Wrinkle Smoothing Fluid SPF 50+. This ultra-light fluid, formulated with hyaluronic acid, has indeed been developed to visibly reduce wrinkles as well as to protect the skin’s youthful appearance. Perfect for everyday use, this sun care is ideal to use in complement of any of your daily anti-wrinkle skincare products like the RoC® PRO-CORRECT products.

  • Prioritise fruits and vegetables

In summer, rely on red fruits, as they promote cell renewal. Blackberries, gooseberries, raspberries will become your friends!

In winter, rely on carrots, rich in vitamin A, which also have a regenerative action.

For example, eat them grated with lemon vinaigrette for the anti-oxidant effect of this citrus fruit, and rapeseed oil for its good fatty acids which make the skin more supple and elastic.

  • Do what it takes to have a better sleep

Getting enough sleep promotes the renewal of skin cells.  If you have trouble sleeping, avoID:

    • Anything that prevents the natural lowering of your body temperature, important to fall asleep: sports activities less than 3 hours before going to bed, taking showers that are too hot and temperatures that are too high (set the thermostat of your heater at 19°C)
    • Drinking coffee after 4pm: the stimulating effect of caffeine lasts no less than 6 hours;
    • All screens: the blue light screens emit inhibits the production of melatonin, also called the ‘sleeping hormone’
