This hydrating make-up remover from RoC® is especially formulated for the comfort of dry and sensitive skin.  Alcohol-free, it gently cleanses the skin and removes all traces of impurities and eye make-up, even waterproof make-up, while providing 24h skin hydration.

USE:
Apply in the morning, using a cotton wool pad or your fingertips, to wake-up your skin and in the evening to remove make-up. Wipe over the face and eyes using a gentle circular motion. Complement with a toner to eliminate the last traces of make-up and tone the skin.
